In the summer program I’m going to have 4 Q&A calls that you do NOT need to attend live. You can submit your question ahead of time, and I will read it and answer it on the call. You can listen online, or download the Q&A .mp3 files.

You also don’t need to phone in, as the live calls will be streaming on the internet.

Would it help you if I had the Q&A calls transcribed? I’m considering doing that for all my summer students if folks want that.

I work in Africa and sometimes the internet as well as the telephone do not work or in the case of the internet work very slowly. Downloads are manageable with a lot of patience, so I have a concern that I will not have the "real-time" benefit of your course material. Have you had other students with similar challenges and did they do well? I like the fact that you will have live Q&A sessions, but I'm not sure that I will be able to participate. Is there an opportunity to follow up with questions for persons that cannot participate in the live sessions? I hope to hear from you soon.
